Somewhere in the Pacific, the most remote archipelago in the world sleeps.
Misty, emerald colored mountain tops cascade down to lonely white sands only to be met with an endless tranquil sea. Salty, sandy, serene. This is Hawaii, this is where Nina Kuna Jewelry was born.
Trained in New York as a photographer while calling Los Angeles home, Nina Kuna has lived her life through the lens of a constant observer, curating a life of experience and art. Stepping for the first time on Maui’s beaches inspired her to find her ultimate creative voice through jewelry. A collection of adornment for the escape artist in every woman.
Created in that spirit of freedom and escapism, the designer shares her passion for what is everyday in what we call Paradise and what she now calls home: A simple shell that was washed up on a Maui shore. Colors of semiprecious stones that dance in the waking dreams of Hawaiian beaches. Experiences and memories on a magical island translated into a token of gratitude, beauty and adornment for the escapist in everyone.
